Validate eligibility, language skills and
agency number (with Type A: Typically, the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu will
provide Nepal with its dispatching authority code).

Collect documents (notarized ones will be
necessary in many cases).

Bachelor: The 2026 intakes have some
instances of China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) score (new
requirement).

Turn in CSC printed form with all the
documents to Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu or MoEST Nepal (refer to the embassy

screened at the MoEST or embassy.

University
Application (Parallel or Required):

In case of Type B: Directly apply to
universities through their portals (most of them will be required to make
different applications).

be approached by the university in case of pre-admission.

pre-admission/pre-acceptance letters.

Tips
for Nepali Applicants
1. Process
early (peak season postpones processing).
2. The
Nepal-specific notices can be addressed to the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu
(most of the time through their site or announcement).
3. Go
to certified consultancies in Nepal when necessary, but do not pay too much-
CSC is a governmental one.
4. In
the case of MBBS: Select Universities that are approved by NMC (Nepal Medical
Council).
5. Monitoring
through the Chinese Embassy Nepal website or MoEST.
